Spirit 522 Receives AWG Cares Award Grant

Recently, AWG Cares provided a grant award in the amount of $3,000 to Spirit 522. The grant request was submitted by Laura Hall, a Springfield Division Support Center employee.

Spirit 522 is a newly formed non-profit where in the organization operates a thrift store and uses the proceeds generated from sales to support several important community initiatives, including purchasing food for the local senior center, providing diapers and formula for the Forgotten Initiative, donating hygiene items to local schools, and recently purchasing 50 twin size comforters for the local foster child program. Spirit 522 is making a meaningful impact in the Marshfield, MO community, and we are blessed to support their mission and the lives they continue to touch through their service and generosity.
