Best Choice® and Hello World by Best Choice™ brands receive recognition
Underscoring the power of strategic package design, AWG Brands, the private brands program of Associated Wholesale Grocers, Inc. (AWG), recently received three honors in the 62nd Anniversary Graphic Design USA (GDUSA) Package Design Awards. The winning designs include Best Choice® Spray Sunscreen, the brand creation of Hello World by Best Choice™, and Best Choice® Splash Ice Sparkling Waters.
This year’s competition was exceptionally competitive, with GDUSA receiving over 2,600 entries. Only the top 10 percent were selected as winners, placing the winning AWG Brands items among an elite group of creatively and effectively designed products.
For more than six decades, GDUSA has been a leading source of news and trends for the graphic design community. Its annual awards competition is highly respected, recognizing excellence and innovation in design across various sectors. The GDUSA Package Design Awards celebrate the power of design to advance a brand’s promise and forge a strong connection with consumers.
The three AWG Brands awards showcase a commitment to strategic design and consumer appeal:
- Best Choice Spray Sunscreen: This design was recognized for its vibrant and clear packaging, which stands out in a competitive category and effectively communicates product benefits to the consumer.
- Hello World by Best Choice Brand Creation: The new baby care brand earned praise for its modern, gentle, and engaging aesthetic that resonates with today’s parents.
- Best Choice Splash Ice: The packaging for this sparkling water beverage was honored for its clean, refreshing graphics that capture the essence of the product and attract health-conscious consumers.
