Norfolk, Nebraska
Recently, AWG Cares provided a grant request in the amount of $2,500 to The Zone After School Program in Norfolk, Nebraska. The grant request was submitted by Stephanie Vogt, AWG Nebraska Division employee.
The Zone is a safe and structured place for 7th – 12th grade youth in Norfolk to connect with adult mentors, get help with homework, and build friendships. The goal at The Zone is to motivate youth to graduate from high school and to develop into healthy, productive adults.
