Space & Assortment Planning

Space & Assortment Planning department works with category management teams to maximize the growth potential for each section through planogramming the optimized assortment for each division support center using SymphonyAI. The team develops planograms for each category by division support center using data-driven decision modeling, space to sales analysis and supplier insights on how consumers shop. Retailers have access to AWG’s extensive core planogram database, which contains a wide variety of sizes to fit practically every retailer.
