American Red Cross of Southeast LA Receives AWG Cares Award Grant

Recently, AWG Cares provided a grant award in the amount of $3,000 to American Red Cross of Southeast Louisiana in Lafayette, LA. The grant request was submitted by Jennifer Sullivan, AWG Gulf Coast Division Support Center employee.

For over a century, the American Red Cross in Louisiana has mobilized volunteers and donors to alleviate suffering during emergencies. They provide immediate assistance, education, outreach, and training to prevent, prepare for, and respond to crises. Today, their services extend to domestic disaster relief, health and safety education, military family support, and international relief. The Louisiana Region serves 4.65 million residents across 64 parishes, while also supporting efforts nationwide and globally through volunteer expertise and donor generosity.
