Alter Dementia Ministry – Hope Fellowship Receives AWG Cares Award Grant

Recently, AWG Cares provided a grant award in the amount of $3,000 to Alter Dementia Ministry – Hope Fellowship in Memphis, TN. The grant request was submitted by Karen Jackson, an AWG New Age Logistics teammate.

Alter Dementia Ministry supports both individuals and the caregivers that have been diagnosed with various forms of dementia. This includes counseling and respite resources for the caregiver. They also offer a ‘music, movement & memory’ session for those affected with this illness. A quiet room is currently being prepared for those affected who may be dealing with sensory overload.
